Executive Assistant - NYC -Hybrid schedule.
Global Business Consulting company with offices in Manhattan is seeking an Executive Assistant with expert level knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business writing to partner with a Partner of the firm.
This is a hybrid role, ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in professional services who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Candidates must have a proven track record of project management, administrative support, and client facing experience within the financial sector.
Base salary: $110k plus bonus, 100% employer-paid benefits, and additional perks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones.
- Arrange high-level travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a key liaison between executives, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
- Assist with managing projects, timelines, and deadlines.
- Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in financial services (investment banking, private equity, asset management, or related industries). We are open to other industries if your resume reflects long-term stability.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
