The Opportunity:
Central source of information and support for the field and key collaborator with all departments on strategy execution. Responsible for supporting the administrative and analytical needs of the field staff, as well as the Director of Sales Operations in planning and supporting the US Retail Business. Primary Liaison between Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and Field Staff.
What you’ll get to do:
- Prepare, manage, and maintain seasonal collateral, promotional materials, special event documentation, and training sales reports and allocations for Prestige and Niche Fragrance brands
- Collaborate with Key Account Directors to forecast and assign allocations based on promotional plans and available inventory
- Serve as the primary liaison and central source of data and communication between Retailers, Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Key Account Directors, Finance, and Field Sales teams
- Conduct retail sales analysis, generate top door reports, support business reviews, and assist with retail meeting preparation
- Provide cross-training and budgetary support for the Retail Sales Coordinator (RSC) program
- Support Account Executives in the field with various requests and operational needs.
- Offer additional support for special projects as needed
We’d love to meet you if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 3-5+ years experience in sales analytics, commercial strategy or other, preferably in beauty, fashion, or retail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint, and Power BI report creation
- Experience in Power BI engineering and field reporting/training support
- Strong analytical skills in budgeting, product planning, and data analysis
- Able to create visually engaging presentations from scratch
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills; comfortable working with senior leadership and field teams
- Self-motivated, resourceful, with excellent follow-through, and time management skills
- Familiarity with SAP and Business Warehouse systems (a plus)
Compensation:
As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000.00 - $105,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
