Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled Graphic Designer (Level II) to create high-quality visual designs that support and strengthen brand identity across various channels, such as advertising, packaging, digital content, and marketing materials. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, technical skills, and a genuine passion for beauty, fashion, or fragrance. The right candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment and confident in both concept development and production.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop creative assets for print and digital use—ads, packaging, merchandising, and marketing materials
Turn creative briefs into visually appealing and on-brand designs
Prepare final production-ready files with a high level of accuracy
Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams
Juggle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
Ensure visual consistency by following brand guidelines

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or fragrance
Strong design aesthetic with great attention to detail
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Understanding of packaging design and production processes
Ability to manage time and projects independently
High attention to layout, typography, and file prep

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with luxury or premium brands
Knowledge of digital and social media design

Certifications

No certifications required, but a degree in design or Adobe certifications is a plus.
