Qualifications :
• Working knowledge of Windows 10
• 3+ years of experience in supporting internal PC and MAC users, including HW, SW, Network, phone, audio/video, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, PC's, and MAC's.
• Mobile device support experience is a plus
• Strong communications, troubleshooting and team playing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Service-Now knowledge is a plus
• Great phone skills and ability to work with remote users
