This position, located in the Division of Technology & Court Research, involves conducting research and providing support for Criminal History Record Searches. Key responsibilities include:
- Researching criminal history records and verifying and troubleshooting case information using criminal case management systems and related applications
- Assisting with customer account maintenance and inquiries
- Conducting research to troubleshoot and resolve missing case information
- Updating and maintaining all CHRS forms
- Validating customer identifiers and confirming defendant details
- Acting as a liaison with courts to verify case data
- Handling and responding to phone and email inquiries from the public
- Managing payment disputes and related issues
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills are required and familiarity with criminal data is helpful.
QUALIFICATIONS: One year in the Junior Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or High School diploma or the equivalent and four (4) years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary: $58,100
