Job Description

Communicate product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities to stakeholders in collaboration with product manager.
Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
Work closely with product manager, director, and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value
Remain up to date on trends and best practices to deliver quality product
Outstanding communication, presentation,
storytelling and pitch deck creation skills are must of this role
Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
Develop detailed feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams
Adopt data driven business decisions ie understand KPIs, assess value, quick wins to develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics to ensure business value goals and product strategy are aligned
Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions

Required Skills

9+ years of experience in IT and at least 6+ years in product owner role
In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
Understanding of business value related to features and functions
Serve as product ambassador to communicate release success stories, propose new features and strategies
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in business / healthcare / management related discipline
Proficiency with Jira, business intelligence, Confluence, omnichannel engagement digital systems, product and project management tools
