Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) is seeking an accomplished and visionary Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing to join our Executive Team. This dynamic role is responsible for leading sales and marketing initiatives across all LDC subsidiaries, including the iconic Fuego, Route 66, and Dancing Eagle campuses. The successful candidate will drive strategic growth, oversee branding and communications, and spearhead innovative campaigns that align with our core values and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to achieve business and sales goals
- Provide coaching to sales managers on the company's sales strategies
- Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goals
- Assist marketing team in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns
- Provide forecasts to leadership for sales and marketing organizations
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/communications or other applicable fields required, Master’s
- Degree preferred.
- Not less than 10 years relevant work experience in an executive level marketing position may
- substitute Bachelor’s degree when appropriate based on industry standard.
- 10-15 years’ work experience in sales and marketing, and demonstration of executive
- competencies:

- Outstanding communication skills.
